(Jonathan Newton/The Washington Post)When Joe Gibbs is asked to speak at coaches clinics and business organizations, the former three-time Super Bowl-winning coach of the Redskins and current owner of Joe Gibbs Racing never has enough time to cover all 11 of the team-building principles he’s lived by throughout his legendary career. As the face of the new Joe Gibbs Performance Management program at Strayer University, the Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee and NASCAR Hall of Fame nominee will finally get that chance. Gibbs chose Coryell to present him when he was enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1996. He founded Joe Gibbs Racing in 1991, the year before he retired from the NFL for the first time, and has won four NASCAR Cup series championships as team owner.
