That day came on Wednesday — and it was a highlight of her high school experience. “I really loved it,” said Zhan, 17, who attends St. Joseph’s College School, a girls’ Catholic high school located on Wellesley Street West, near Bay Street. “Growing up, we think high school is going to be like what we see in movies, like “High School Musical.” And we came into high school thinking we’d have four years of that, but we really only had a couple of months. “There were just so many more opportunities to converse with people and have a good time,” he said, noting he feels “bittersweet” about finishing high school. Principal Peter Paputsis said this year’s graduates have came “full circle,” having started and ended high school with normal experiences.
