“The Skin of Our Teeth,” Thornton Wilder’s Pulitzer Prize-winning play chronicling a family’s survival through an ice age, an epic flood and a war, will be revived next spring at Lincoln Center’s Vivian Beaumont Theater. Lileana Blain-Cruz will direct the production, which will be her Broadway debut. It is set to begin previews on March 31 and open on April 25 and will coincide with the 125th anniversary of Wilder’s birth in 1897. “‘The Skin of Our Teeth’ is a play for right now,” Blain-Cruz, a resident director at Lincoln Center Theater, said in a statement on Monday. It follows the Antrobus family of Excelsior, N.J., as they persevere, against the odds, through threat after threat.
