Speaking at the seminar hall of the 21st Century academy, he asked students to follow The Hindu apart from the Press Information Bureau and Economic and Political Weekly. “Student should not worry about changes as core subjects including history, polity, governance, economy and geography will retain the same syllabus. “It is possible that success may be delayed, but it won’t be denied. New batches for Group I and Group II at 21st Century IAS will start on February 26.
