Chief Superintendent Desmond Owusu Boampong said the pastor who comes from Nkoranza in the region was introduced to the teenagers by a friend at Kintampo. Atta Alhassan told the pregnant girl he could help her terminate the pregnancy if she allowed him to have sex with her. Their father reported the incident to the police and the pastor was arrested on Sunday, August 21. He is currently in police custody being prepared for court on Monday with charges of defiling the minor.
