Khawaj­a Asif says Pakist­an will neithe­r evolve its nuclea­r policy under the US permis­sion nor change it on its orders­Foreign Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif insists that Pakistan reserves the right to its defence and will neither evolve its nuclear policy nor change it on Washington’s orders. Talking to media persons in Davos, Switzerland, he said, “Pakistan will neither evolve its nuclear policy under the US permission nor change it on Washington’s orders.”The minister added while discussing the prevailing state of Pakistan-United States relations that Pakistan has neither bowed down to pressure from the US in the past nor does it intend to do now. No alliance with US anymore, says Khawaja AsifTurning his attention to the World Economic Forum, Asif said the forum provides a good opportunity for Pakistan to interact with the world leaders and global economic experts.
