“In Kozhikode, we have two more schools, Medical College campus Higher Secondary School and Karaparamba Higher Secondary School, in line to benefit from the PRISM project. “Also, we need to have a thorough change in the existing system of teaching to improve our students’ performance. Within a couple of years, these schools too will climb the ladder of global standards in amenities,” says the MLA. According to him, the State government should strive to set up a proper performance appraisal mechanism to assess the students’ performance and record it properly for designing further development programmes for them. The multiple intervention concept was incorporated in PRISM to achieve that target through all possible means,” says Mr. Pradeepkumar.
