They are not wrong in saying we have a good growth record, but manufacturing isn’t growing. In agriculture there was 4% growth rate last year but that’s over two very bad years. They should have done much more on agriculture and infrastructure spending, otherwise you keep getting growth from services. Gujarat has done it and we had had a manufacturing growth rate of 15% plus for 20 years. Our manufacturing employment growth rate is 2.3%.
