Actress Shix Kapienga landed major acting roles in a new drama series and a local movie which all premiered this November. Shix Kapienga recognized the hardships early on in life having been born and raised in the Kangemi neighbourhood which tested her resilience on a daily basis. "Life wasn't easy in Kangemi, and I knew I had to work harder to achieve more in life," she said. Recently, Shix Kapienga, alongside fellow talents Dorea Chege, Pascal Tokodi, and Azziad Nasenya, secured key roles in the Startimes Pink Ladies show. After debuting on the star-studded Pink Ladies, Shix made a grand entry on the cinema screens with the Kiza movie.
