Theft Suspects Elizabeth Mwikali Ngao, Benjamin Amache Imbae and Athumani Kamau Hussein at the Mombasa Court in Mombasa County on Tuesday 26th April 2016, where they denied charges of stealing Ksh100,000 after breaking into Morris Odero's car in Shimanzi, Mombasa County. Court documents show Oduor, Obuong and Imbai were arrested and charged after police linked them to a deadly gang behind a spate of robberies at the Coast. Gitau was killed in 2017 as he waited for the gate to his home in Tudor, Mombasa County, to be opened. Munyao, Gitau, Oduor, Imbai and Obuong faced charges of stealing from a vehicle before a Mombasa chief magistrate’s court. Oduor, Munyao, Obuong and Imbai are mentioned in the criminal case files 1047/2018 and 46/2018, which are pending in court.
