Saurabh Shukla has said that King features “70% of the film industry”, referring to its extensive ensemble cast led by Shah Rukh Khan. The film also stars Suhana Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, Arshad Warsi, Jackie Shroff, Jaideep Ahlawat, Abhay Verma and Anil Kapoor, among others. Speaking to Hindi Rush, Shukla said, “Not just me, King has 70% of the film industry. Every name that is big enough, they are all there.”He also described Shah Rukh Khan as a charismatic personality and said his own role in the film would be memorable.
