Caitlyn Scaggs, a Radford University spokeswoman, said Cutting has been placed on interim suspension by the public university. “Love is the only path to true freedom,” Cathy Cannon wrote on the back of the program for her daughter’s memorial services. Radford University officials had a reserved pew.
