The most historic rivalry in all of hockey — the Toronto Maple Leafs vs. the Montreal Canadiens — will resume with a twist when festivities begin on Wednesday night: no fans. “When we do those things, then I think that we can become a more consistent team; that’s important to us,” said team president Brendan Shanahan.
