While it may be true that Ben Affleck is a better director than actor, he has officially decided he will no longer be helming the upcoming Batman film, and will only star in it, reports Variety. Affleck said in a statement this week, “There are certain characters who hold a special place in the hearts of millions. “Together with the studio, I have decided to find a partner in a director who will collaborate with me on this massive film. I am still in this, and we are making it, but we are currently looking for a director. Having first donned the cape in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, you can next catch Batfleck in Justice League, scheduled to hit theatres on November 17.
