Trump’s executive order on Jan. 25 expanded the nation’s immigration enforcement priorities to include any undocumented immigrants who had been convicted of a criminal offense. But to her husband and children, Garcia de Rayos is no criminal. Garcia de Rayos was especially excited to make the party happen because she never had one herself.
