But Browne’s lifeless body was discovered in the morning, lying along a street in the same vicinity. Later, Kennedy said, Williams told him to walk behind him and out of their compound as he (Williams) drove slowly ahead of him. “When we got there, Williams got out of his jeep, and we helped him to dump Browne’s body along a road near the clinic,” the witness said. “I placed the plastic and the gloves on our septic tank, while Williams took gasoline from his generator, along with a match box. I then burned the materials we used to dispose of Browne’s body on the street,” Kennedy further alleged.
