The made-in-Canada production is up for Best New TV Series at the 37th annual GLAAD Media Awards, presented by the GLAAD, the world's largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) media advocacy organization. Movie nominees include Blue Moon with Ethan Hawke; Christy starring Sydney Sweeney; and Jennifer Lopez's movie musical, Kiss of the Spider Woman.
