Construction workers in Milton caught on camera having a maskless, Grey Goose-fuelled party with a stripper have been fired after video and photos of the incident surfaced Thursday night. The party took place on a job site run by Mattamy Homes, one of the GTA’s largest property developers, and its partner Nelmar Drywall. Videos obtained by the Star depict workers groping and pouring vodka on an erotic dancer in close proximity with each other. “The individuals in question behaved in a grossly inappropriate and reckless fashion,” said Carey in a statement to the Star. Nelmar told the Star the actions displayed in the photos are in violation of the company’s code of conduct, health and safety policies, COVID-19 protocols, workplace anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies, as well as its “general company philosophy and value.”
