According to him, the slow pace of development that the country was witnessing was as a result of the lack of a national development policy. Dr Ahiagbedey said the national development policy needed to be centered around five major areas, namely infrastructure, industry, health, education and agriculture, noting that they were the pillars of every country’s development. LeadershipIn all of those, he said if there were no committed leaders, the national policy would not be adhered to.
