He made the revelation recently when a delegation of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, (NSE) Apapa branch paid him a courtesy visit. According to him, there are many challenges facing port operation but the major one remains the congestion on access roads into the facility. Vice Chairman, NSE, Apapa Branch, Sunny Ejeje, said the visit was to boost existing relationship between the society and the port authority. He said they are ready to collaborate with the port management in many areas and also offer their expertise to assist Tin Can port improve its operations. According to him, NSE President, Adekunle Mokuolu is eager to partner with stakeholders to improve roads in the country and is ready to get national assembly backings for road rehabilitation in Nigeria.
