“Instead of clarifying issues, the Governor’s answers [at the press conference in the Raj Bhavan] have complicated matters. The doubts have increased. The Governor shouldn’t interfere in matters outside his purview. The press conference was totally unnecessary,” Mr. Ramadoss said in a statement. But, he chose to address the media on an issue about higher officials seeking sexual favours from female students.
