According to him, the plans of Chinese firm China Gezhouba Group to transform the land into an industrial park called New Clark City Industrial Park will generate “good job opportunities” for Filipinos. “I think this is good because they will put up an industrial park there and they will put up manufacturing. The China Gezhouba Group signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) worth $2 billion or P105.2 billion in developing the land into an industrial park. This is one of the largest projects in the “Build Build Build” infrastructure program of the Duterte administration.
