The much-awaited Padma Bridge will be off-limits to those who intend to walk across it, officials said. “No one can cross the bridge on foot. He said that bicycles as well as CNG-run autorickshaws will not be allowed to cross the bridge either. If someone goes on foot or any slow-moving vehicles cross the bridge, accidents may occur. According to the May 17 notification, 13 types of vehicles will be allowed to cross the bridge.
