TACLOBAN CITY—A senior high school teacher was arrested on Wednesday (June 3) and faced charges for allegedly selling shabu, or crystal meth, at the village of 77 here in a case that brings to mind the hit series “Breaking Bad” about a teacher who turned to illegal drug production. David Martin Leon, 35, was arrested in a buy-bust past 7 p.m.ADVERTISEMENTSeized from the teacher were sachets of meth worth at least P4,500 and P500 in marked money, according to the Eastern Visayas police. Leon, a teacher in one of the private schools here, was considered a high-value target by the drug enforcement unit of the Tacloban City police.
