The jobs report says newly qualified accountants are opting to emigrate to Australia and Canada due to high living costs and limited affordable accommodation. The driving force was higher salaries and lower living costs. It says laid-off professionals are being quickly rehired and cybersecurity roles are in high demand as well as AI talent.
