But the brilliance of “Billions” lies in acting like there isn’t, moving at a breakneck speed through every convoluted concept and complex plotline. These are indulgent people, and “Billions” has long played close attention to their physical rituals alongside their mental ones. But there’s a reason that “Billions” is the show about Wall Street whizzes that even socialists can love.
