The musical “Beetlejuice” features a joke-filled number that dubs itself “a song about death.”But these days, the show, which opened at the Winter Garden Theatre in April 2019, faces its own death scare. Despite a number of sell-out performances in recent weeks, the musical, based on the 1988 Tim Burton movie that starred Michael Keaton, is set to end its run on June 6.
