He intended to make it stronger by involving larger groups and collaborate with all religious heads. “This should actually become a campaign,” the Bishop said, and added that the diocesee will reach out to persons who instigate communal tension and those who are involved in communal tension. “Those instigating communal tension are not the ones who come to the forefront,” he said, and added the diocese would try to change their hearts and mindset. After meeting at their own level, a plan can be evolved.
