Report coming from western Liberia, Bomi County speaks of a terrible situation where Students in some local villages on a daily basis are chased by gigantic baboons while on their way to school. A local radio station quoting a resident of one of the villages and also parents of one of the kids, said as a result of this frightening situation, hunters are hired by parents of these school going kids to escort them on their school campus in order to avoid any further situation that would harm the kids. “This situation is worrisome, our children cannot go to school freely because of this horrifying incident; dozens of parents of children in our village are troubled because of this.
