Comm Huzir said the gang members were recruited from released prisoners that the gang leader had met during a previous stint in prison, as well as from a juvenile boys home that he was formerly placed in. “From June 19, police raided 926 illegal gambling outlets, and also arrested 1,462 suspects,” he said.
