Speaking on the third day of Delhi Congress Pradesh Committee president Ajay Maken’s exposé on the “failures of the three-year rule” of the AAP government, Mr. Walia said, “The AAP government has been underutilising budget amounts meant for health, which has been having a cascading effect on the health of people in Delhi. “In its three-year rule, the AAP government has created only 162 mohalla clinics. “Promises made by the AAP on the issue of health have not been fulfilled and as a result, the number of cases of dengue, chikungunya and malaria have gone up substantially. “The Delhi government had failed to provide potable and clean water,” said Mr. Walia.
