Referencing the results of the study, he further tweeted: “The global evidence synthesis published may be ignoring the global south and could be having glaring methodological issues. Speaking to The Morning about this issue, Prof. Agampodi said: “This is a common issue worldwide. Around 30% of pregnant mothers face this issue. It is common in Asians, and they are more prone to diabetes in pregnancy, and to develop diabetes later in life.”“Women with PCOS are more prone to early miscarriages, bleeding in early pregnancy, or growth restriction of the baby.
