Cord leader Raila Odinga turned down an invitation from the electoral agency's commissioners to discuss the stalemate that has resulted in protests. He said on Monday, while addressing his supporters at Nairobi's Uhuru Park before leading peaceful demonstrations in the town, that the time for the talks was over.
