The court ruled that Razali, who is also Terengganu state executive councillor, failed to raise reasonable doubt in his defence against the prosecution. He said the video of Razali making the seditious remarks was deleted not long after it was posted on social media. Also on the legal team were lawyers Mohd Radzlan Jalaludin, Mohd Sahrilnizam Mohd Amin, Hasshahari Johari Mawi, Mohd Tajuddin Abd Razak and Muhammad Ridhwan Jalaludin.
