"We demand that the state enforces the Supreme Court order without delay. The controversy began when a section of state government employees approached the Calcutta High Court in 2022, demanding DA at the same rate as their central government counterparts, along with pending arrears. {"_id":"6988179b9e8fb643250e2085","slug":"himachal-strict-action-against-cheating-in-recruitment-exams-from-tomorrow-up-to-ten-years-in-jail-2026-02-08","type":"feature-story","status":"publish","title_hn":"Himachal News: भर्ती परीक्षाओं में नकल पर कल से सख्ती; दस साल तक की जेल; एक करोड़ जुर्माना भी लगेगा","category":{"title":"City & states","title_hn":"शहर और राज्य","slug":"city-and-states"}}और पढ़ें Trending Videos यह वीडियो/विज्ञापन हटाएं हिमाचल प्रदेश में भर्ती परीक्षाओं में पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने के लिए राज्य सरकार ने सार्वजनिक परीक्षा अनुचित साधनों की रोकथाम अधिनियम 2025 को 9 फरवरी से प्रभावी करने की अधिसूचना जारी कर दी है। अब परीक्षाओं में नकल, प्रश्नपत्र लीक, फर्जीवाड़ा और संगठित परीक्षा अपराधों पर कानूनी शिकंजा कसा जाएगा।भर्ती परीक्षा में नकल करने और करवाने वालों को कम से कम पांच और अधिकतम दस साल की कैद और एक करोड़ रुपये का जुर्माना होगा। इस अपराध को गैर जमानती और संज्ञेय बनाया गया है। अन्य संलिप्त व्यक्ति के लिए कम से कम तीन साल और अधिकतम पांच साल सजा का प्रावधान किया गया है और जुर्माना 10 लाख रुपये होगा। कार्मिक विभाग की ओर से जारी अधिसूचना के अनुसार अधिनियम की धारा-1 की उपधारा (2) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल ने अधिनियम के प्रवर्तन की तिथि घोषित की है।विज्ञापनविज्ञापनअधिनियम लागू होते ही भर्ती परीक्षाओं से जुड़े अपराधों को गैर-जमानती श्रेणी में रखते हुए कड़े दंडात्मक प्रावधान अमल में आ जाएंगे। नकल कराने, प्रश्नपत्र लीक करने, डिजिटल माध्यमों से परीक्षा में गड़बड़ी, उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं से छेड़छाड़, फर्जी अभ्यर्थी बैठाने जैसे मामलों में कठोर सजा और भारी जुर्माने का प्रावधान है। वहीं, संगठित अपराध की स्थिति में सजा और भी सख्त होगी। परीक्षा आयोजित करने वाली एजेंसियों और कर्मचारियों की जवाबदेही भी तय की गई है। हिमाचल प्रदेश सार्वजनिक परीक्षा अनुचित साधनों की रोकथाम अधिनियम 2025 को वर्ष 2025 में विधानसभा से पारित किया गया था।भर्ती परीक्षाओं और शैक्षणिक परीक्षाओं में सामने आए नकल और पेपर लीक के मामलों के बाद सरकार ने यह कानून लाने का फैसला किया था। अधिनियम को राष्ट्रपति की स्वीकृति मिलने के बाद इसे राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया गया था, लेकिन इसके प्रभावी होने की तिथि अब घोषित की गई है। पुलिस भर्ती परीक्षा में पेपर लीक का मामला पूर्व सरकार के समय में सामने आया था, इसके पेपर रद्द कर दिया गया था। कई मामले आने पर सरकार ने आयोग भंग कर दिया।नकल करवाने वालों से वसूला जाएगा खर्चनए कानून में प्रावधान किया गया है कि यदि कोई सेवा प्रदाता नकल करवाने में संलिप्त पाया जाता है, तो उस पर एक करोड़ रुपये तक का जुर्माना लगाया जा सकता है और परीक्षा का पूरा खर्च भी उसी से वसूला जाएगा। उसे चार साल तक किसी भी परीक्षा का संचालन करने से प्रतिबंधित कर दिया जाएगा। दोष सिद्ध होने पर सेवा प्रदाता कंपनी के निदेशक या अन्य कर्मियों को तीन से 10 साल तक की सजा हो सकती है। ऐसे मामलों की पुलिस उप अधीक्षक स्तर के अधिकारी जांच करेंगे। सरकार किसी भी जांच एजेंसी को जांच के लिए मामला सौंप सकेगी।सरकार का दावा, नकल माफिया पर कसेगा शिकंजासरकार का मानना है कि सख्त कानून के चलते नकल माफिया और संगठित गिरोहों पर प्रभावी अंकुश लगेगा। सरकार ने पेपर लीक के मामले सामने आने के बाद कर्मचारी चयन आयोग हमीरपुर को भंग किया था। अब आयोग का नए सिरे से गठन किया गया है। पिछले कुछ वर्षों में राज्य में विभिन्न प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं में पेपर लीक और संगठित नकल के कई मामले सामने आए हैं।

The swing ride collapse at the Surajkund International Crafts Mela in Haryana has once again drawn attention to a long trail of accidents involving amusement rides, ropeways and adventure attractions across India. The latest incident occurred at the mela venue in Faridabad on Saturday when a giant swing malfunctioned and collapsed. Over the years, fairs, amusement parks and ropeways across the country have repeatedly reported mechanical failures, and lapses in safety protocols. The incident occurred when Trisha Bijwe, a resident of Nagpur, was midway through a zipline ride during a family vacation in Himachal Pradesh. In Udaipur in 2018, two riders collided mid-air during a zipline ride at Chirwa Ghat after officials failed to assess wind conditions and released a second rider prematurely.
