The aftermath of a tragic train collision in East India has seen a tragic rise in fatalities, with at least 288 reported deaths and more than 900 injuries. This severe collision led to the devastating scenario currently unfolding. Photos from the accident site show rescue workers climbing through the debris of one of the trains in search of survivors. Two trains collided in India’s eastern Odisha state, resulting in the deaths of at least 207 people and injuries to 900 others. On Friday night, the Coromandel Express and Howrah Superfast Express trains collided when the first train derailed and was then hit by the second train on the adjacent track in the Balasore district. The project will deploy infrastructure belonging to Disouq, which provides an entry point into the country’s natural gas network.According to Wintershall Dea’s Senior Vice President and Managing Director Egypt Sameh Sabry, the company anticipates growth in the Egyptian market and is looking to identify more discoveries in future in order to facilitate growing energy demands in Egypt, the region and the world.Exploration in eastern Damanhour got underway in November 2021. The January discovery marks the second exploration well under the license.German group BASF owns 72.7% of Wintershall Dea with remainder is held by Russian investors Mikhail Fridman, Petr Aven and German Khan.

CAIRO – 1 June 2023: The Ministry of Social Solidarity revealed Wednesday a project to train women in Menya, Qena, and Luxor governorates on business management, and finance their micro enterprises. The value of the project is LE55,999,745, and it includes providing technical support, follow-up, supervision on the projects' implementation, and securing a headquarters for each of the enterprises. The beneficiaries will be women enrolled in the monetary subsidies programme Takaful w Karama so as 25,000 will be trained on business management, 2,250 on livestock farming, and 300 on handicrafts. Moreover, 8,750 will be micro-financed, and 1,000 livestock enterprises will be granted insurance. Further, 66 instructors will be qualified to deliver the training, and 110 workers will be prepared to carry out follow-up on the progress of the projects.
