In a statement, the White House said Biden congratulated Ruto for honouring the call to lead the mission in Haiti to rid the country of deadly gangs. President Biden also congratulated President Ruto for hosting the recently concluded Africa Climate Summit. President Biden thanked Kenya for accepting to lead the Multinational Security Support (MSS) mission to Haiti and expressed America's support for the mission.
