PHOTO | ANGIRA ZADOCKEighty seven patients escaped from the Mathari Teaching and Referral Hospital in Nairobi on Monday at the start of a boycott by their doctors. The hospital specialises in treatment of patients with mental conditions. Details are still scant on the improbable escape at the hospital, but police have launched a manhunt for the missing patients. Health workers in the city boycotted work to push the government to implement a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) signed in June 2013.
