A man has been arrested in Paris tonight after dousing two people including a pregnant woman with petrol and taking them hostage. But after almost four hours inside the offices of a tech company in the French capital, armed officers moved in, and arrested him. One police source said the man 'appeared to be psychologically disturbed', and ruled out a terrorist motive for the drama. He had a 'brief fight' with another man, who rushed out of the building, and raised the alarm. Paris has been hit by a number of terrorist attacks in recent years, with mainly young men claiming affiliation to Islamic State and Al-Qaeda responsible.
