Procurement Coordinator will work under the supervision of the SCO Manager, providing procurement, & administrative support for RI’s NWS operations and Syria programming, including management of procurement processes,contracts and framework agreement. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESDaily coordination of RI procurement activities of NW hub in both Turkey and Syria;Ensure that the procurement function supports the programs efficiently and compliantly in a timely manner. Have full understanding of RI procurement policies, processes and formats and apply them to all the procurement you manage directly or oversee them. Makes sure the international procurement orders are carried out taking into consideration the international standards and requirement on the shipment clearances. (PR tracker, contract tracker, tender tracker, procurement plan etc.)
