A number of renowned African artists, including Cameroonian born, Magasco came together to give more rhythm to the anthem. The wordings not only celebrate the endowment of African football but also clamour for peace and unity in Africa. It was sung in the English and Bantu languages and its rhythms are a mix of different genres including pop and R and B. The 2017 Africa Cup of Nations will be fielded in four stadia within Gabon.
