West Oakland-based multidisciplinary artist, student and experimental saxophonist Zekarias Musele Thompson is, in their own words, “concerned with humanity’s conceptual and emotional organizational structures and how we bring them into material form.” This, almost by definition, demands a multifaceted approach, one that spans sound, image, performance and facilitation, involving photography, writing, sonic composition and collaborative performances. Thompson covers it all and seeks to bring about a sense of “deep, empathic listening.”Thompson has presented their work in exhibitions and concerts across the Bay Area and in Iceland, having collaborated with dozens of artists. Croydon schoolgirl Kyra Hill drowned after getting into difficulty in the water at the aqua park on August 6, 2022. In the aftermath of Kyra’s tragic death, Windsor and Maidenhead council launched a health and safety investigation. First and foremost, we would again like express our condolences to the family and friends of Kyra Hill, who tragically lost her life at Liquid Leisure. The average price for a cinematic ticket in the United States has hit $8.73 - a new all-time high according to the National Association of Theatre Owners. The new average was calculated from data collected from every cinema in the US, and every screening held at them. There has been a year-on-year rise of 1.4%, despite the enormous success last year of films like 'Jurassic World’ and 'Furious 7’ - which each grossed over $1 billion. Brexiteer Nigel Farage said Monday that his hard-right Reform UK party intends to use next month's general election to ultimately supplant the ruling Conservatives as Britain's main opposition party. A Reform UK candidate who is standing in the same constituency as women and equalities minister Kemi Badenoch has resigned from the party after it emerged he previously called on people to vote for the BNP. When approached by the paper regarding the blog post, Mr StClair-Armstrong said: "I've got no excuses for that. In separate comments to the BBC, Mr StClair-Armstrong said he had "never supported the BNP" and had been forced to stand down by Reform UK. A Reform UK spokesman told The Times: "Mr StClair-Armstrong has tendered his resignation as a member of Reform UK due to the revelation of unacceptable historic social media comments and we have accepted his resignation." As the deadline for nominations has passed, Mr StClair-Armstrong will appear on the ballot as the Reform UK candidate, but will stand as an independent if he is elected.
