According to Hachani, it is "necessary" to provide more assistance to countries like Tunisia to face this challenge, as reported by Reuters. "A fragmented approach that fails to recognise the deep-seated structural drivers of human migration is inadequate to resolve the crisis," he adds. For his part, Libyan Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh said during the conference in Tripoli that for 10 to 50 years, funds were allocated to tackle the problem, but "it has not been solved". Dbeibeh stressed that this money should be invested in the countries of origin, and "not in detention camps, whether in Libya or in Europe". The flussi decree is a law promoted by the Italian executive that establishes how many non-European citizens can enter the country to work.

The USA and the West are supporting Ukraine against Russia, effectively preventing an early victory for the latter largely due to the actions of the “King of the World,” Joe Biden. Fortunately, the would-be “king of the world,” Donald Trump, was attacked— not by a Muslim, Black, Asian, or Hispanic terrorist or criminal— but by a young 20-year-old white boy. Regardless of the reasons, this attack is going to change the USA and the rest of the world in several ways. Globally, the incident could affect perceptions of US stability and the effectiveness of its democracy, potentially weakening its moral authority on the world stage. For the rest of the world, the message is clear: their “king” is not safe even in his own highly guarded fortress.

The Libyan authority also said Monday that workers with the forensic medicine department took DNA samples from a total of 59 unidentified bodies for testing. In March, the UN migration agency sounded the alarm after discovering a mass grave in western Libya that contained the bodies of at least 65 migrants.
