Armed clashes between two rival militias are reported near Al-Ikhwa Clinic in Tripoli's Tajour District as of late July 16. Reports indicate that heavy machine gunfire and shelling were exchanged between the Rahbat al-Dur'a Battalion and members of the Shaheda Sabreya Battalion in the Tajoura District. Armed clashes were also reported in the vicinity of the junction of Heart Hospital in Tajoura. Security forces and associated armed groups have closed or restricted all routes in and out of the Tajoura District. Large mobilizations of armed groups were reported on the Coastal Road in the district.
