Researchers from the University of Toronto analysed over 40 studies focusing on the body mass index (BMI) of both children and adults who consumed fruit juice for at least two weeks. The findings revealed that children who drank at least 250ml of fruit juice daily experienced an average BMI increase of 0.03.
