The heartbroken family of a woman who died in a head-on collision on a dual carriageway during a police pursuit have paid tribute to her "beautiful spirit". She died at the scene of the crash in the early hours of Sunday March 1, Northumbria Police said. Unions have accused the Government of trying to "fob off" workers on the right to remote working, after the enterprise minister claimed it will improve its code of practice in the area.
