During the confrontation, when asked his name, he told the crowd it was Mohammad Deepak. On January 31, several members of the Bajrang Dal gathered to confront Deepak, but were restrained by the police.

भास्कर न्यूज, पुणे। हडपसर इलाके के एक बाइक शोरूम में पौने तीन लाख रुपए की नकदी चोरी करने वाले कर्मचारी बापूराव संदीपान गायकवाड (25) को पुणे अपराध शाखा ने गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपी के पास से चोरी की गई नकदी के साथ एक दोपहिया वाहन भी बरामद किया गया।पुलिस के अनुसार, शोरूम मालिक ने कर्मचारियों का वेतन देने के लिए 2 लाख 70 हजार रुपए नकद शोरूम में रखा था। गायकवाड ने मौके का फायदा उठाकर लॉकर में रखी राशि चुरा ली और फरार हो गया। नकदी गायब होने के बाद शोरूम मालिक ने हडपसर पुलिस थाने में शिकायत दर्ज कराई और एक कर्मचारी पर शक जताया।पुलिस ने जांच शुरू की और अपराध शाखा यूनिट-6 के अधिकारी प्रशांत कर्णवर और अमित कांबले को गायकवाड द्वारा चोरी करने की पुख्ता जानकारी मिली। जाल बिछाकर आरोपी को पकड़ा गया। पूछताछ में आरोपी ने चोरी की बात स्वीकार की।पुलिस ने आरोपी के पास से कुल 2 लाख 59 हजार रुपए नकद और एक बाइक जब्त की, जिससे कुल 3 लाख 17 हजार 800 रुपए का माल बरामद हुआ। आरोपी फिलहाल हडपसर-सासवड रोड स्थित कैलासनगर, वडकी इलाके में रह रहा था, जबकि उसका मूल निवास सोलापुर जिले के करमाला तहसील के नीलज गांव में है।

Setting aside the discharge of the in-laws of a woman who died by suicide after killing her one-and-a-half-year-old daughter, the Calcutta High Court's Port Blair circuit Bench said the society still has a long way to go to achieve complete equality for girl children. The Port Blair sessions court had discharged the woman’s in-laws, accused of torturing her and demanding dowry from her parents, especially after she gave birth to a girl child. The high court directed the parents-in-law, brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased woman to surrender before the trial court within four weeks. Justice Ray noted that, as per statements of witnesses, the deceased woman had allegedly been subjected to mental and physical torture. The counsel for the state stated that the couple, who were married in 2018, had been residing in Port Blair due to the husband's job posting there.

"When we brought the baby again on Sunday afternoon, admission was refused, and the baby died while waiting on the hospital premises. Relatives of the deceased children staged demonstrations on the hospital premises on Sunday, accusing doctors of failing to provide timely treatment. A seven-year-old child from the Rajarhat area, who had been admitted with fever, cold and diarrhoea, also died on Sunday afternoon.

भास्कर न्यूज, पुणे। तेलंगाना राज्य में क्रांतिसूर्य महात्मा ज्योतिबा फुले की प्रतिमा के साथ की गई विटंबना की घटना के विरोध में पुणे में तीव्र आक्रोश व्यक्त किया गया। माली महासंघ पुणे शहर की ओर से जिलाधिकारी कार्यालय के सामने जाहीर निषेध आंदोलन आयोजित किया गया। इस आंदोलन में माली समाज के नागरिकों, महिलाओं तथा बड़ी संख्या में फुले प्रेमियों ने भाग लिया और दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग की।प्रदर्शन के दौरान महात्मा ज्योतिबा फुले अमर रहें, प्रतिमा का अपमान करने वालों को सजा दो, सामाजिक न्याय पर हमला बर्दाश्त नहीं जैसे नारे लगाए गए। आंदोलन के माध्यम से तेलंगाना के संगारेड्डी जिले के तेल्लापुर गांव में असामाजिक तत्वों द्वारा महात्मा फुले की प्रतिमा को नुकसान पहुंचाने की घटना की कड़ी निंदा की गई।वक्ताओं ने कहा कि यह घटना केवल एक प्रतिमा की विटंबना नहीं है, बल्कि महात्मा फुले द्वारा स्थापित समानता, शिक्षा और सामाजिक न्याय के मूल्यों पर सीधा हमला है। ऐसे कृत्य समाज में नफरत फैलाने का प्रयास हैं, जिन्हें किसी भी सूरत में स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता।माली महासंघ पुणे शहर के अध्यक्ष दीपक जगताप ने कहा कि महात्मा ज्योतिबा फुले ने पुणे से शिक्षा की क्रांति की शुरुआत की और समाज को अंधविश्वास व अन्याय से मुक्त करने का कार्य किया। सावित्रीबाई फुले ने महिला शिक्षा के लिए ऐतिहासिक योगदान दिया। यदि ऐसे महापुरुषों की प्रतिमाओं का अपमान किया जा रहा है, तो यह पूरे समाज के लिए चिंता का विषय है। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि यदि तेलंगाना सरकार और पुलिस प्रशासन ने दोषियों पर सख्त कार्रवाई नहीं की, तो आंदोलन को और व्यापक रूप दिया जाएगा।आंदोलन के अंत में प्रशासन को ज्ञापन देकर दोषियों की शीघ्र गिरफ्तारी और कड़ी सजा की मांग की गई।

A 16-year-old boy died after being hit by the Vande Bharat Express here, with his family members booked for vandalising the hospital where he was admitted, an official said on Monday. Police said Ankit Kumar was hit by the train at the Indira Nagar railway crossing on Sunday. Upon receiving information, a police team immediately took him to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead. ADVERTISEMENTLater, his family members vandalised the hospital, forcing female doctors to hide in a restroom to save themselves, the official said, adding that a case has been registered against them. Superintendent of Police (SP), Shahjahanpur, Rajesh Dwivedi, told PTI that the family members also blocked the road in the Nigohi area on Monday by placing the body there.
