भास्कर न्यूज, पुणे। बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने राज्य प्राधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया है कि आई.एल.एस. लॉ कॉलेज के खिलाफ एक छात्र द्वारा दर्ज कराई गई कथित अवैध फीस वसूली की शिकायत पर 60 दिनों के भीतर निर्णय लिया जाए।न्यायमूर्ति आर. चागला और न्यायमूर्ति अद्वैत एम. सेठना की खंडपीठ ने 12 फरवरी को इस मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए यह आदेश पारित किया। यह याचिका छात्र एवं अधिवक्ता मयूर सुहास गरुड़ द्वारा दायर की गई थी।याचिकाकर्ता ने वर्ष 2020–21, 2021–22 और 2024–25 के दौरान कथित रूप से अवैध रूप से वसूले गए 1,04,863 रुपये की वापसी के लिए अदालत से निर्देश देने की मांग की थी।सुनवाई के दौरान राज्य प्राधिकारियों ने अदालत को सूचित किया कि 11 अप्रैल 2025 से लंबित शिकायत पर दो माह के भीतर निर्णय ले लिया जाएगा। साथ ही यह भी आश्वासन दिया गया कि निर्णय जारी होने के एक सप्ताह के भीतर उसकी प्रति याचिकाकर्ता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाएगी।अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई के संबंध में कॉलेज प्रबंधन ने अदालत को बताया कि 24 मार्च 2025 को जारी कारण बताओ नोटिस पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है और आगे भी इस संबंध में कोई कदम नहीं उठाया जाएगा। अदालत ने इस बयान को रिकॉर्ड पर लेते हुए स्वीकार कर लिया।राज्य प्राधिकारियों और कॉलेज की ओर से दिए गए आश्वासनों के मद्देनज़र हाईकोर्ट ने याचिका का निस्तारण बिना किसी खर्च के आदेश के साथ कर दिया। पीठ ने स्पष्ट किया कि उसने मामले के गुण-दोष पर कोई टिप्पणी नहीं की है और सभी पक्षों के अधिकार एवं दलीलें खुली रहेंगी।सुनवाई के बाद याचिकाकर्ता ने अदालत के निर्देश का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि यह आदेश उनकी शिकायत के समाधान की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। उन्होंने कहा कि उन्होंने कथित अवैध फीस प्रथा को चुनौती देने और छात्रों को उनके कानूनी अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक करने के उद्देश्य से संवैधानिक उपायों का सहारा लिया।उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि अंतिम वर्ष की परीक्षाओं से ठीक पहले यह मुद्दा उठाया था, बाद में प्रथम श्रेणी में उत्तीर्ण हुए, प्रैक्टिस का प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त किया और अब विधि व्यवसाय शुरू कर चुके हैं। उन्होंने छात्रों को उनके अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक करने और कानूनी प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से उन्हें असर्ट करने के लिए इस मामले का विवरण सार्वजनिक किया है।

डिजिटल डेस्क, जागरण। बिहार में महिला सशक्तिकरण को नई राजनीतिक और आर्थिक धार देते हुए मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने सोमवार को 25 लाख महिलाओं के खातों में ₹10-10 हजार की राशि ट्रांसफर की। कुल ₹2,500 करोड़ की यह मदद महिला रोजगार योजना के तहत सीधे बैंक खातों में भेजी गई। कार्यक्रम मुख्यमंत्री आवास पर आयोजित हुआ, जहां कई वरिष्ठ मंत्री मौजूद रहे। सरकार ने इसे केवल आर्थिक सहायता नहीं, बल्कि आत्मनिर्भरता अभियान का हिस्सा बताया। डायरेक्ट बेनिफिट ट्रांसफर (DBT) के जरिए राशि सीधे लाभुकों तक पहुंचाई गई। इस कदम को आगामी चरणों की बड़ी तैयारी से भी जोड़कर देखा जा रहा है।सहायता से स्वरोजगार, स्वरोजगार से सामाजिक बदलाव सरकार के अनुसार योजना का उद्देश्य महिलाओं को छोटे व्यवसाय से जोड़ना है। स्वयं सहायता समूहों के माध्यम से उन्हें पूंजी उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है। योजना का संचालन मुख्य रूप से जीविका नेटवर्क के जरिए हो रहा है।ग्रामीण महिलाओं को संगठित कर आय के स्थायी स्रोत तैयार किए जा रहे हैं। सरकार का दावा है कि इससे परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति मजबूत होगी। अब तक राज्य में 1.5 करोड़ से अधिक महिलाओं को ₹10 हजार की सहायता मिल चुकी है।

Nagpur's total vehicular population has climbed to a staggering 31.26 lakh, with nearly 7.53 lakh new vehicles registered over the last 6 years, highlighting the rapid pace of motorisation across the district. BENGALURU: A three-year-old boy drowned after falling into an artificial pond at Shire Photo Studio, a pre-wedding shoot location in Giddenahalli under the Madanayakanahalli police limits on Saturday afternoon. It is alleged that his mother was busy with the maternity photoshoot of her friend when the tragedy occurred. The boy, Lakshmeer, was the son of Charan Raj, a private firm employee, and Swathi, a homemaker, who are residents of Amruthahalli Main Road. The police said Swathi and Lakshmeer were at the studio around 2.30 pm. It is suspected that, the child wandered off while playing, fell into the four-foot-deep pond, and drowned.
