"Dear Pooja, We have taken serious note of this allegation. Any unauthorised or inappropriate handling or scanning of passengers' passports and personal information is a matter of serious concern and we would like to assure you that the matter will be thoroughly investigated. "The evidence before me clearly shows that the claimant, smitten by the defendant, had showered her with expensive gifts during their relationship," the judge said. In many text messages Lee had "expressed her awe when [Agarwal] suggested expensive gifts, and on occasion, her spontaneous reluctance to accept them", the judge noted.
