Nagpur News रमना मारोती क्षेत्र स्थित ‘बचपन प्ले स्कूल’ प्रशासन को चार वर्षीय बच्चे की देख-रेख में लापरवाही बरतने के मामले में दोषी ठहराया गया है। जिला उपभोक्ता विवाद निवारण आयोग ने स्कूल प्रबंधन की गंभीर चूक पर कड़ी टिप्पणी करते हुए पीड़ित पक्ष को राहत प्रदान की है। आयोग ने शिकायतकर्ता को 72 हजार रुपये चिकित्सा खर्च के रूप में नौ प्रतिशत वार्षिक ब्याज सहित अदा करने का आदेश दिया है। इसके अलावा मानसिक पीड़ा के लिए 25 हजार रुपये तथा वाद व्यय के रूप में 15 हजार रुपये देने के निर्देश भी स्कूल प्रशासन को दिए गए हैं।पूरा मामला यह है : यह निर्णय आयोग के अध्यक्ष सचिन शिंपी तथा सदस्य बालकृष्ण चौधरी और शीतल पेटकर की पीठ ने सुनाया। मामले में बच्चे के पिता क्षितिज मनोहर इंगले ने शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी। शिकायत के अनुसार, इंगले ने अपने चार वर्षीय बच्चे को जून 2019 में ‘बचपन प्ले स्कूल’ में प्रवेश दिलाया था। 30 अगस्त 2019 को स्कूल में कर्मचारियों की लापरवाही के कारण बच्चे के बाएं हाथ की तर्जनी दरवाजे की चौखट में दब गई। इस दुर्घटना में बच्चे को शल्य चिकित्सा करानी पड़ी और लगभग 1 लाख 12 हजार रुपये का चिकित्सा खर्च आया। आरोप है कि इस हादसे के कारण बच्चे की अंगुली में स्थायी आंशिक विकलांगता आ गई।घटना की शिकायत : घटना के बाद जिला महिला एवं बाल विकास अधिकारी के समक्ष शिकायत दर्ज कराई गई थी, जिसके पश्चात स्कूल प्रशासन ने 40 हजार रुपये चिकित्सा खर्च के रूप में अभिभावकों को दिए थे। अब आयोग ने शेष 72 हजार रुपये नौ प्रतिशत ब्याज सहित अदा करने का आदेश दिया है। शिकायतकर्ता की ओर से एड. तरुणकुमार बारापत्रे और एड. तुषार बारापत्रे ने पक्ष रखा।देख-रेख की जिम्मेदारी का उल्लंघन : स्कूल की ओर से जारी घोषणा पत्र में उल्लेख किया गया था कि किसी भी दुर्घटना के लिए स्कूल जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा। हालांकि आयोग ने स्पष्ट किया कि ऐसा दावा सार्वजनिक नीति के विरुद्ध है और स्वीकार्य नहीं है। आयोग ने कहा कि बच्चा प्ले ग्रुप का छात्र था और उसकी निरंतर देख-रेख की जिम्मेदारी स्कूल की थी। चार वर्ष के बच्चे से नियमों का पालन करने की अपेक्षा नहीं की जा सकती। इसलिए यह मामला स्पष्ट रूप से देख-रेख की जिम्मेदारी के उल्लंघन का है।

Security forces detected an improvised explosive device (IED) in Jammu and Kashmir's Baramulla district, officials said on Friday (February 20, 2026). The city police issued social media guidelines for all serving personnel on Thursday, which restrict them from sharing classified, sensitive, operational, intelligence-related, or investigation-related information, including any details that might affect an ongoing investigation. ADVERTISEMENTOfficers have been warned against making adverse comments regarding the departments (of Kolkata Police), senior officers, colleagues, institutions, social customs or ongoing government programmes. The guidelines categorically state that only authorised personnel are permitted to disseminate information and details about Kolkata Police, contingent upon verification and approval. The guidelines mention that the contents posted on social media are “permanent and retrievable” and personnel “shall act with due caution” before publishing any material. Any deviation from issued guidelines may invite disciplinaryaction under the applicable conduct rules and other applicable laws,” it has beenmentioned.
